Delete your AXL account

This page is for AXL - Car Servicing, the app and website at axl.sg by AXL Labs Pte Ltd (UEN 202622750E). You can ask us to delete your account and personal data here, in the app, or by email. You don't need the app installed.

How to ask

  1. In the app: go to Profile, then Delete account.
  2. On this page: sign in, then press Delete my account above.
  3. By email: write to info@axl.sg from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm it's you.

What happens next

We stop sending notifications to your devices straight away, and complete the deletion within 30 days. Any job that's in progress should be finished or cancelled first; we'll contact you if something needs sorting out.

What we delete

We delete or anonymise your personal data, including:

  • your account and sign-in details;
  • your profile: name, email address and mobile number;
  • your cars, service requests and the photos you added;
  • your chat messages and the files shared in them;
  • for workshops, your workshop profile and contact details;
  • the notification tokens for your devices.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Completed job and price records, including invoices: as long as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
  • Records needed for an open dispute (such as flags, no-shows and cancellations): until the dispute is resolved.
  • A minimal record of the closure (name, email, mobile number and dates): up to 2 years, to handle disputes and prevent abuse, then deleted.
