I would like to give my sincere compliments to John from Benzline Motorsport. I purchased a set of 4 Porsche rims with tyres from him, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant from the start. John was extremely responsive, decisive, and straightforward, which made the transaction very easy and reassuring. What stood out most was his professionalism when an unexpected issue came up. While the car was at the workshop, we discovered that the wheel lock nut was missing. As one of the tyres was leaking and needed attention, this could have become a stressful situation. However, John remained calm, knowledgeable, and solution-focused. He proposed practical alternatives quickly while taking into account the urgency and time required. John is not only a good seller, but someone who understands cars and handles customers with patience and consideration. I would gladly recommend Benzline Auto and would not hesitate to return to John for future car-related needs.

I had my car serviced at this place, and I have to say, it was a frustrating experience. (personal opinion) First off, the customer service was terrible to me. When I arrived, the staff was dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued client. Secondly, the repairs took way longer than promised. I was told it would take a couple of hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but I ended up waiting almost the entire day. When I asked for updates, I was met with vague responses and no clear explanations. Worst of all, after picking up my car, I noticed that it was making a strange noise that wasn’t there before. When I brought it back, they claimed it was unrelated and tried to charge me for additional repairs. It felt like they were just trying to upsell me rather than genuinely addressing my concerns. Overall, my experience there was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Great workshop. Excellent service and workmanship. Reasonable pricing. Will highly recommend to conti car owners. Changed my suspension and took them less than a day with appointment booking. Thank you to John & his team of mechanic.
