Prime Autowerkz

After searching from workshop to workshop, also avoiding so called "branded" workshops too. Finally find myself comfortable with Prime Autowerkz, both the boss and mechanic are honest and reliable, this is 1 workshop that I can leave my car with them. For the rest, I have this anxiety that I need to be around if not the mechanic might not do a good job. For any problem, I can easily contact Raymond (boss) via WhatsApp to share my issue first. Great job and lovely folks!

I recently had my car serviced by Raymond and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no unnecessary upselling. Raymond is knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. The workmanship was excellent, and my car feels much smoother after the service. It’s reassuring to find a workshop with both great expertise and honest pricing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car servicing!

It was a great experience with Raymond! First time over at Prime Autowerkz, recommended by other friends who own similar car models so already had some level of trust towards them in handling and servicing my car! Raymond is very easygoing and very patient as well, to every question or worries that I may have regarding the car, he is willing to not just answer but go beyond to explain why certain engine oil etc may be better suited for my car. Coming down to the workshop, mechanics were very nice and already knew what I was coming down to do which made me feel even more at ease. Left the car at the workshop while I ran my day and Raymond would still be updating me on any progress about my car. Definitely lots of follow-through! Highly recommend Prime Autowerkz --> Efficient, reliable and very good service provided
