This is my second time bringing my car to RevUP Auto. The first time, they repaired a coolant leak caused by the water pump, thermostat, and oil filter housing. This time, they helped me replace the oil level sensor O-ring, timing cover gasket, and crankshaft oil seal.
The service has been consistently excellent. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain the issues clearly. Their workmanship is professional, and they make sure the job is done properly.
I'm glad I finally found a workshop in Woodlands that I can truly trust. Whether it's diagnosing problems or carrying out repairs, they always provide reliable and quality service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable workshop. Thank you for the great service!

Googled for clutch replacement & RevUp Auto was among the workshops that popped up. PM them for price & parts used. Very satisfied with their prompt service. OEM part used is of a reputable brand. And the price is much affordable. Highly recommended.

What appeared to be a straightforward engine oil and aircon filter service turned into a very frustrating experience for us on our first visit to this workshop.
After collecting the car following the service, we drove it home without issue. However, the next morning, the vehicle displayed a low engine oil warning. Given that the engine oil had just been changed the day before, we were concerned and contacted the workshop.
The car was subsequently towed back to the workshop for inspection. We were informed that the issue was related to the oil filter O-ring and not the servicing work itself. The workshop did not charge us for the rectification, and we collected the vehicle after being told the matter had been resolved.
Unfortunately, upon returning home, we discovered a significant amount of oil on the ground beneath the vehicle. By this stage, we were concerned about the repeated issues, the inconvenience caused, and the possibility of damage to the vehicle.
We contacted the workshop again and spoke with Jo. We requested that the vehicle be sent to another workshop for an independent assessment at the workshop's expense. During the discussion, she transferred us $200 to help offset transport-related inconvenience, although this was not something we had specifically requested. The workshop maintained that they should be given an opportunity to inspect and rectify the vehicle first. We eventually agreed, after receiving an assurance via WhatsApp that the cost of a second-opinion inspection would be covered after their repairs were completed.
On the third visit, again work is affected to return to the workshop. After several hours, we were informed that they were unable to diagnose the engine warning light because they did not have the required diagnostic tablet and would need to source one elsewhere.
At that point, our confidence in the process had been affected by the repeated return visits and unresolved issues. Without the proper tablet assessment, she was convinced that it was due to wiring electrical issues unrelated to the servicing work. We decided to bring the vehicle to another workshop for an independent assessment. The workshop declined to cover any further inspection costs because we had chosen to seek assistance elsewhere. This was despite our understanding of the earlier WhatsApp conversation regarding a second-opinion inspection.
This review reflects our personal experience. Others may have different experiences, but after many chances, towing arrangements, time away from work, and ongoing uncertainty regarding the cause of the issues, we felt it was important to share what happened so that potential customers can make an informed decision.
